RestockRoo is an independent service run by SuperMedia ApS. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. iPhone and Apple Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. The product drawings on our site are our own.

What we do

We regularly check the in-store pickup availability that Apple shows on its US online store for the iPhone models you choose, at the US Apple Stores you choose, and we alert you when a store reports one as available.

We don't sell iPhones, reserve them for you, or guarantee that you'll get one. A status only shows what was reported at the time shown, and stock can sell out before you reserve it.

What we don't cover

Walk-in availability, delivery dates, carrier stores, other retailers and stores outside the United States.

How often we check

Stores in your plan's priority areas are checked about every 3 minutes: 1 area on Starter, 2 areas on Plus and 4 areas on Max. An area covers the Apple Stores around one city. Every other covered store is checked about every 30 minutes. Each store page shows its current interval.

Checks can be delayed or paused, for example when Apple changes its store or a data source is unavailable. We don't promise instant alerts.

Plans and billing

Starter is $4.99 a month for 2 alerts at a time with up to 3 stores each. Plus is $9.99 a month for 5 alerts with up to 5 stores each. Max is $19.99 a month for 10 alerts with up to 10 stores each. Prices are in US dollars; the price you pay is shown before checkout.

Plans renew monthly until you cancel. There's no free trial. Payments are handled by Stripe.

To change plans, email [email protected] and we'll move you over.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Account → Plan & billing. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing; it stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then your alerts stop.

We don't refund partial months, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example when coverage for your stores stops).

Alerts and email

Alerts are sent by email unless you turn email alerts off in Account → Notifications. You can also turn on push notifications on the phones and computers you choose, and turn them off again from your account or in your device's settings. On iPhone, push works when RestockRoo is added to your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later).

We also email you your sign-in codes and messages about your plan or coverage. We don't send advertising.

Fair use

One account per person. Don't resell alerts, use RestockRoo to buy iPhones in bulk, scrape or automate our site, or try to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

RestockRoo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
